Stephanie serves as Director at Christian Servants Home Care Missouri where she is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for both clients and caregivers. Her mission is to lead with compassion, ensuring that each person receives care that honors their dignity and feels like home. She began her journey as a behavior technician working with developmentally disabled children, then joined Christian Servants Home Care as a Manager. Now, as Director, she leads her team with a strong focus on empathy, communication, and purpose. 

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from Central Methodist University, where she built the foundation for her career in healthcare. Her professional goal is to build teams that feel valued and connected to their work. By supporting her team and truly listening to clients, she helps create care experiences that are not only effective but deeply meaningful. That sense of care and connection is at the heart of her leadership.
